- Reinstall Vault Launcher
- Reinstall PhotoVault
- Run Vault App Launcher times
- Run PhotoVault . Create a password (it is ok to use the same front), and for the settings, re-enable the Invisible mode and check your security code is correct

After this icon PhotoVault should be removed and use your phone to call your security code to verify that it works .
